She’s been told once or twice she looks like her mom, Donna.  She’s even heard that she talks like her or has her mannerisms. Those are just a couple of the reasons that made Sarah’s transition into the agency so natural. In addition to assisting clients with their insurance, she also handles much of the accounting for the agency.

Kayla joined Intego in 2024 and is our first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Her responsibilities include assisting clients with billing questions, managing policy information in our database, and helping guide them in selecting coverage that best suits their needs. She supports the renewal and claims processes, creates our semi-annual newsletter, and handles various tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
